Just a reminder:

If you’re having a hard time with the overwhelming amount of what’s on your plate,

break it up.

Both mentally and physically.

Work in sections.

Reward yourself with breaks. Or human interaction. Or snacks.

You have to create the light at the end of the tunnel.

And shorter tunnels are way easier to get through.
